Making an order online allows you to shop from the comfort of your home while we take care of preparing your order. Make sure to order items that are in inventory for a faster delivery. Don’t hesitate to leave a comment if you need to order for a particular date.
If the item isn’t in stock, it will be a pre-order, meaning that the items will have to be ordered with our supplier as soon as possible (see Items in Pre-Order ).
Order in Store
If you are shopping at our store and the item you are looking isn’t available at the time, it is possible to place an order for it by asking our sales team. We will then forward this order to our supplier as soon as possible to get the item for you. It is to be noted that for some order a deposit may be required. This deposit may not be reimbursed in the event of a cancellation, but will instead be changed to a gift certificate.
Pickup in store
This free option allows you to come directly at our store located at the 2113, Ste-Catherine E. St. to pickup your order. It is to be noted that a maximum delay of 90 days is allowed to pickup your order. Once that delay is expired, the order will be cancelled, the items will be put back for sale and your deposit will be changed to a gift certificate, if need be.
If you do not wish to pickup your order in store, we can also have it shipped to you. The shipping fees will be automatically calculated from our website from the weight and size of the package as well as its destination. We offer shipping both locally as well as internationally.
- If all the items in your order are in stock, it will usually be shipped within the next 3 business days.
- If one or more items from your order aren’t currently in stock, the order will not be shipped until it is completed.
- The shipping fees are only valid for a single delivery. For partial deliveries of an order, additionnal shipping fees may be added to the order.
- For international orders, duties and taxes may be applied by your local authorities.
- A tracking number is usually available to allow you to follow the status of your order.

- Canada: 1 to 3 business days
- United States: 3 to 5 business days
- International (by plane): 5 to 7 business days
- International (by boat): 4 to 6 weeks
Items in Pre-Order
All products signed les Artisans d’Azure are always available on demand even if they are not currently in stock. We are proud to offer the products you need at all time, as they are all produced by our craftsmen in our workshop. This allows us to guarentee their availability within clear and upheld delays. Our production delays for standard products usually range from 4 to 6 weeks. We also encourage you to let us know if you have need them within a specific delay for particular events!
To offer you a wide range of varied products, we also hold products from various suppliers and partners. When we pass an order with one of our suppliers for a product which is currently not in stock in our store or online, the shipping delays may be different. As these delays may vary depending on the supplier and the period of the year, we encourage you to contact us if you need a more precise follow-up. If necessary, we can also offer you alternatives to what you desire, in the event of a product being back-ordered.
The standard shipping delays for our suppliers usually are:
- Calimacil: 2 to 4 weeks
- Ateliers Némésis: 8 to 12 weeks
- Epic Armoury: 4 to 12 weeks
- Leonardo Carbone & Burgschneider: 3 to 5 weeks
- Armstreet: 4 to 10 weeks
- Lord of Battle: 3 to 6 weeks
It is to be noted that some items may be unavailable directely at our supplier. As such, don’t hesitate to contact us to get a follow-up related to your order.
Cancellation of an Order
If you wish to cancel an order in progress, you simply need to contact us as soon as possible in store or by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cancel your order and proceed with reimbursement, if need be. If the order was made online, we will reimburse your order directly on our website. If the order was made in store, we will cancel your order and, if need be, your deposit will be transferred to a gift certificate for you.
For the cancellation of any custom orders, no reimbursement is available for the deposit (for more details, visit de “Custom Creations” page).
Duties and taxes
The taxes applied on your order may vary according to where you live.
For purchases made in Quebec, Canada, as well as pickup in store orders, the good and services tax (GST) and the sales tax (QST) will be charged on the total value of the items and shipping fees. For the other canadian provinces and territories, the taxes will be calculated according to the harmonized sales tax (HST).
For other countries, our products will be invoiced without taxes. The authorities from your country should take care of evaluating the value of your objects and will add the corresponding taxes to the package. Expect to atleast pay the the equivalent of your local sales tax. Other duty fees may be added to the package. For more information, contact your local customs authority.

However, we will not produce any copies for ethical and technical raisons. Please, understand that these pictures may only be used as inspiration.
The designs made by Les Artisans d’Azure belong to the company. It is stricly forbidden to imitate, copy or reproduce our designs with commercial intents.
No exclusivity will be granted for our custom orders. Be it purely of our own design or your own idea, we believe that the technical creation (from the patterning, the technical assembly or the production of the project) gives us right to reproduce. We reserve the rights to all our products shown online or in store.
